Return Policy (USA)

We accept returns for puzzle toys from the United States only. Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Returns must be made by mail.

Return Conditions

  • The puzzle toy must be in its original, unused condition with all pieces intact, and still in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the puzzle back. Please note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect products: If the puzzle toy is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For customer personal reasons: If you ordered the wrong puzzle, selected the wrong size, or no longer need the item, we’ll also cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Puzzle Toys

Please inspect your puzzle immediately upon receiving it. If you find the puzzle damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Defective Puzzle Toy?

If you receive a defective puzzle toy, we’ll make it right by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund. Contact us via email to report the issue, and we’ll offer the option to send a replacement or refund your full payment.

Exchange Policy

To receive a new puzzle quickly, we recommend returning the current item first, and then placing a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
